The engagement began with a full audit of the client's ageing IT infrastructure, which revealed inconsistent device management, slow incident resolution, and fragmented ticketing. Our team designed a phased modernisation plan, starting with the deployment of Jira Service Management to centralise support requests and monitor SLA compliance. We introduced a hybrid cloud environment to improve scalability, implemented Microsoft Intune for Windows and Jamf Pro for macOS to ensure consistent MDM across all endpoints, and set up proactive security monitoring with 24/7 SIEM alerts.
